About InAir
InAir is a forward-thinking, fully remote consulting firm with a stronghold in Texas. We are proud experts in Airtable consulting services, partnering with mid-sized to large enterprises. Our mission is to harness the power of low-code platforms, enabling businesses to optimize their workflows, foster collaboration, and achieve ambitious outcomes through Airtable.
At our company, we foster a culture of honesty, responsibility, and accountability. These core values create a successful, innovative, and transparent workplace. Our remote work setting is built on trust, respect, and open communication, allowing team members to shine and grow.
The Role
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to own client projects from first discovery call to final delivery — with a twist: this is a hands-on role. You won't just manage the work; you'll build a significant part of it yourself in Airtable.
Think of it as the intersection of three skills: understanding how a business operates, managing a project to done, and configuring the system with your own hands. If you've ever been the person at your company who "figured out the tools" and ended up running the whole process, this role was built for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
A dedicated Engineer covers custom code — you cover everything else: the client, the plan, and the build.
What You'll Do
- Own the client: Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients. Lead discovery, manage expectations, and turn business goals into concrete requirements.
- Run the project: Own scope, priorities, and timelines. Coordinate day-to-day execution with our Engineer and keep momentum consistent across accounts.
- Build in Airtable: Configure tables, automations, and interfaces yourself. You're not writing code, but you are building the system.
- Make systems better: Review existing client implementations and improve their structure, usability, and scalability.
What We're Looking For
- Project leadership with your hands in the work. Experience running client-facing or cross-functional projects where you also built or configured the solution — not just tracked tickets.
- A power-user profile. You've mastered tools like Airtable, Notion, Asana, HubSpot, Zapier, or similar — deeply enough to design processes in them, not just use them.
- Comfort with structured data. You get how tables relate to each other and why clean structure keeps a growing system from breaking. Formal database training is a plus rather than a prerequisite.
- Strong communication. You can lead a meeting with executives and translate between business and technical worlds.
- Accountability. You own outcomes across multiple projects at once and don't wait to be told what's next.
