Inside IR35, Technical Project Manager, COINS ERP
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technical workstreams within a major COINS ERP transformation programme. You will own the planning, governance and delivery of data migration, system integrations, reporting, and archiving activities, ensuring successful implementation of the COINS ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Data & Integration workstream, managing plans, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate COINS ERP data migration, integrations, Microsoft Fabric reporting and archiving activities.
- Manage internal teams, implementation partners and suppliers to deliver programme objectives.
- Oversee testing, cutover, go-live readiness and transition to support.
- Provide clear governance, executive reporting and stakeholder communications.

Skills & Experience
- Proven Technical Project Management experience delivering ERP implementations, preferably COINS ERP.
- Strong understanding of ERP data migration, system integrations, reporting and deployment.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, RAID management and delivery governance skills.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes and executive-level updates.

Desirable
- Hands-on experience with COINS ERP, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or similar data platforms.
- Experience within housebuilding, construction, property or project-based environments.
