We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software implementations. This is a client-facing role at the center of every engagement: you'll translate what a customer needs into a plan, drive a cross-functional team to build it, and keep both sides aligned from kickoff to go-live and beyond. You won't just track tasks, you'll understand the product deeply, engage in technical conversations with solution architects and engineers, lead the business requirement sessions, and make the decisions that keep delivery on track. The best person for this role thinks like an owner of the account, not a coordinator of it.
What You'll Do
- Own delivery end to end: Run enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, accountable for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction on every engagement you lead.
- Build & manage the plan: Break down complex, ambiguous requirements into a clear project plan with phases, milestones, dependencies, and owners, keeping it current and making trade-offs visible when reality shifts.
- Lead requirements gathering: Own the business requirement sessions end to end, facilitating discovery workshops that surface what the client actually needs, documenting requirements in a structured, unambiguous format, managing sign-off, and keeping them traceable through design, build, and testing.
- Run the cross-functional team: Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders toward a shared outcome, removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and making sure everyone knows what they own and by when.
- Own the client relationship: Be the client's primary point of contact, leading status meetings, steering committee updates, and escalations, setting expectations early, and protecting the relationship even during hard conversations.
- Manage scope, risk & change: Hold the line on scope creep, documenting and quantifying changes before work starts, and manage risks and issues proactively with a live view of mitigation plans and early escalation.
- Stay technical, report & improve: Understand the architecture, integrations, and configuration decisions well enough to challenge estimates and speak credibly with engineers and technical buyers, produce honest, easy-to-read status reports and executive updates, and feed lessons learned back into delivery methodology.

What Success Looks Like
- On-target delivery: Projects land on time, on budget, and within scope, with a clear plan stakeholders trust.
- Trusted clients: Clients feel informed and in control throughout the engagement, and would take your call for the next one.
- Managed risk: Risks surface early and get managed, so escalations are rare and never a surprise.
- Aligned team & clean handoffs: The delivery team is aligned, unblocked, and clear on priorities, and handoffs to support and account teams are clean, with nothing left undocumented.
What You'll Need
- Experience: 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects, ideally in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or a client-facing delivery environment, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget as the primary delivery owner for enterprise clients.
- Technical fluency: You can read a solution design, understand integrations and data flows, and hold your own in a technical discussion without being the engineer.
- Requirements & delivery craft: Proven ability to run requirements and discovery sessions and translate them into clear, documented business requirements, plus solid command of project management fundamentals (planning, estimation, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and change control).
- Stakeholder management: Excellent communication, comfort presenting to senior and executive audiences, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, and difficult conversations without losing the relationship.
- Ways of working: Organized and calm under pressure, you over-communicate rather than under-communicate, you're direct when a project needs a hard truth and diplomatic when a relationship needs care, and you own outcomes rather than pointing to a process.

Preferred:
- An earlier technical role (engineering, solution architecture, or implementation consulting)
- Experience delivering configurable enterprise platforms or workflow/automation software
- Fluency in both agile and traditional delivery and the judgment to know when to use which
- Experience in a regulated or risk-sensitive domain
- PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or equivalent certification
- Exposure to AI-assisted or modern delivery tooling
