Location: Hybrid | Leicestershire / Loughborough / Nottingham / Derby / Leicester / Northampton / Tamworth

I’m currently working on a confidential opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a major enterprise transformation programme. This role will suit a Technical Project Manager, or Workstream lead that has worked on complex integration/cutover ERP led projects, or large business transformation programs.

This is a significant, complex programme involving multiple technology platforms, business functions, suppliers and delivery teams, with the successful candidate taking ownership of some of the most critical stages of delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have a strong background in large-scale technology or business transformation, with significant experience specifically around integration, cutover and hypercare.

You’ll be comfortable operating in complex environments where there are multiple workstreams, competing priorities and significant business impact attached to delivery milestones.

The ability to coordinate technical and business teams, challenge when required, drive accountability and remain calm under pressure will be essential.

Experience across ERP transformation, SAP environments, data migration, application integration or service transition would be highly advantageous.

This isn't simply a project management role focused on maintaining plans and reporting progress.
