Technical Project Manager – D365 Business Central / CRM

£75k + excellent benefits including 10% Pension, 30 days holiday & 35hr working week

Location: London – 2-3 time a month on site


We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a well-established professional organisation to work on a large Dynamics 365 (Business Central) transformation.

This is a hands-on technical delivery role, managing projects across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM and Learning Management Systems, alongside associated integrations, data migration and process improvements.

You’ll work closely with internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered successfully from initiation through to implementation and handover into BAU.


The role

  • Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery across a range of technology projects
  • Managing implementations and enhancements across Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM
  • Leading projects involving Learning Management Systems (LMS) and member/learner-facing platforms
  • Managing integrations between membership, learning, finance and operational systems
  • Overseeing data migration, transformation and data quality activities
  • Managing APIs and third-party system integrations
  • Coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Managing project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Leading testing, UAT, implementation and go-live activities
  • Ensuring appropriate governance, change control and technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting business readiness, training, transition into BAU and continuous improvement
  • Providing clear project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders

About you

  • Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central & D365 CRM
  • Experience delivering or working alongside LMS / learning platforms, ideally within education, training or professional membership
  • A good understanding of system integration, APIs and data migration
  • A strong working knowledge of the DSDM Agile methodology, with demonstrable experience applying DSDM principles within project delivery
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple technical teams and suppliers
  • Experience managing UAT, testing, releases and go-live
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Experience with project planning and delivery tools such as MS Project, Planner, Roadmap, Jira or Trello
