About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, engaging with leading organizations and top talent across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting qualified profiles to clients and facilitating the interview process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to building relationships and delivering results. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding our client portfolio, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and building long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Understand client requirements and provide consultative advice to ensure the best match for each position
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
- Stay informed about industry developments and market trends to advise clients and candidates effectively
- Regular reporting on recruitment activities and performance metrics
