Technical Project Manager (MarTech & Customer Data)
London | Hybrid | £600–£700 per day (Inside IR35)
3-month contract
We are partnering with a leading, well-known brand to recruit an experienced Technical Project Manager. This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 3 days a week.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for leading end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, including marketing technology implementations, customer data migration, and digital rate optimisation initiatives.
- Working across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments, you will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery from planning through to implementation.
- Working alongside Engineering, Architecture, Data, Digital, and Security teams, you will ensure solutions are technically robust, scalable, and aligned with wider business objectives.
- Play a key role in managing cross-functional dependencies, technical integrations, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience delivering complex technology-led projects within digital, MarTech, or customer platforms.
- Previous experience leading MarTech implementations or enhancements, working with platforms such as CRM, CDP, CMS, marketing automation, or personalisation technologies.
- Experience delivering customer data migration projects, ensuring data quality, governance, and minimal business disruption.
- Strong understanding of digital optimisation initiatives, including pricing/rate optimisation, customer experience improvements, or conversion optimisation programmes.
