You Are
UST is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to lead the successful delivery of enterprise transformation programmes across the UK and Europe.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics implementations, upgrades, migrations and application modernisation initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, and executive sponsors to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time and within budget.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing Microsoft practice and play a key role in shaping strategic client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Programme Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects across ERP, CRM, CE, Power Platform and Finance & Operations environments.
- Define, manage and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
- Establish programme governance frameworks, steering committees and reporting structures.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, assumptions and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure successful delivery against agreed scope, quality, timelines and budget.
- Drive implementation methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across solution architecture, development, testing, infrastructure and business analysis.

Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate programme governance meetings and executive steering committees.
- Translate technical delivery challenges into business-focused updates and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Client Partners, Delivery Directors and Practice Leaders.
- Act as the primary escalation point for project delivery concerns.
Technical Leadership
- Develop a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and solution design.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure delivery aligns with business requirements and technical best practice.
- Monitor solution quality, technical risks and integration dependencies.
- Manage third-party vendors, ISV partners and offshore delivery teams.
- Support deployment planning, cutover activities and production go-live readiness.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Own project financials, including forecasting, utilisation, revenue tracking and margin management.
- Support contract governance and Statement of Work adherence.
- Manage project change requests and scope control processes.
- Ensure commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
- Promote delivery excellence and operational efficiency across the Microsoft practice.
- Contribute to delivery methodologies, frameworks and reusable assets.
- Support mentoring and coaching of Business Analysts, Project Coordinators and junior Project Managers.
- Share lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
- 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology programmes.
- 3+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics implementation programmes.
- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM, CE, Power Platform or Finance & Operations projects.
- Strong experience working within consulting, systems integration or digital transformation environments.
- Demonstrated success managing geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and executive-level relationships.
- Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile Project Management certification.
- Scrum Master or SAFe certification.
- Experience delivering Power Platform solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric and integration technologies.
- Experience within Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare or Public Sector industries.
