Technical Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
West London (Hybrid - 1-2 Days Per Week)
£60,000-£70,000 + Benefits
12-Month FTC (Potential to Extend)
A global audience insights and analytics organisation is embarking on a major technology transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of a new strategic tooling platform centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and a mobile application ecosystem. This programme is a key business priority and has executive-level sponsorship.
This is not a PMO, coordination or governance-focused role. We're looking for someone who has delivered complex CRM programmes, can contribute meaningfully to technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and help steer a demanding transformation programme through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery plan across Dynamics 365 CRM and associated tooling workstreams.
- Partner closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to drive delivery.
- Manage an offshore development team and third-party delivery partners.
- Lead RAID management, governance, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
- Coordinate testing, release planning, defect management, and deployment activities.
- Identify risks early, challenge blockers, and proactively implement recovery plans where required.
- Facilitate technical conversations and ensure decisions are made quickly and effectively across multiple workstreams.

Essential Experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Strong technical Project Management background within CRM, platform, or software delivery environments.
- Experience managing technical teams including developers, architects, QA resources, and third-party vendors.
- Comfortable operating within complex programmes with multiple dependencies and moving parts.
- Experience managing offshore development teams.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, testing, releases, environments, and implementation activities.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and confidently challenge delivery risks and assumptions.
