Position Overview
Position: Retail Fit Out Project Manager
Location: London Office (Holborn). In Office required, not a remote position
Schedule: Full time (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm)
Salary: Starting from £65,000 PA

As we continue to expand and open more offline stores, you'll play a key role in supporting the property team by overseeing the fit-out and maintenance processes for our K-Beauty stores and concessions across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning
- Manage all stages and processes for store fit-out, from planning and design to costing, construction, and opening.
- Support initial discussions around new store openings, renovations, and fit-outs.
- Support the selection of new locations, participate in initial unit inspections, and attend relevant on-site meetings.

- Project Management
- Conduct and oversee all tendering, organising quotes and timelines for review with stakeholders.
- Facilitate and manage conversations with 3rd party suppliers, including designers, joinery partners, local authorities etc, maintaining an up-to-date database of relevant contacts and industry specialists.
- Be available to travel regularly for relevant site visits during the fit-out period, including supplier visits, workshop inspections etc
- Set and control deadlines in each project stage to guarantee unobstructed progression and meet fixed opening dates.
- Constantly update the CapEx tracker, Project dashboard and other related documents to ensure efficiency and progression.
- Regularly update and report to the Head of Property and the CEO about project status and timelines.
- Oversee snagging - creating a detailed follow-up plan to coordinate with relevant suppliers.
- Analyse each project after completion, highlighting process efficiency improvements and best practices, providing input on design and fit-out standards to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update the database related to all projects, including fixture drawings, DIT drawings, layouts, MNE plans etc.

- Finance & Maintenance:
- 5 years+ in retail or F&B
- EU experience is a must!
- Propose a Financial ROI/PDS/CapEx forecast for each project
- Keep track of all project costs and foresee possible overbudget
- Organise and schedule all project-related payments on the tracker, ensuring invoices are collected and sorted correctly.
- Manage the maintenance of existing stores to guarantee brand representation and functionality.
- Partner with the facilities and retail team on store needs and maintenance planning.
- Create and maintain store needs database, managing new orders from placement to delivery.
- Assist in department cost tracking and budgeting.
