🚀 Technical Project Manager | SAP S/4HANA Transformation
📍 Hybrid | Remote & Mountsorrel
Ready to lead a business-critical SAP S/4HANA transformation?
We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to play a pivotal role in Project Falcon, a major enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA programme that will shape the future of our organisation.
This is more than just project management. It's an opportunity to be at the heart of a high-profile transformation, driving delivery across technical teams, business stakeholders, suppliers and systems integrators to ensure successful testing, deployment and go-live.
What you'll be doing:
- ✅ Leading complex technical workstreams across a large-scale ERP transformation
- ✅ Driving delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and programme readiness
- ✅ Coordinating teams across integration, infrastructure, security, testing and data migration
- ✅ Managing risks, issues and blockers before they impact delivery
- ✅ Supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
- ✅ Providing clear reporting and governance updates to programme leadership

What we're looking for:
- 🔹 Proven experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes
- 🔹 Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- 🔹 Expertise managing technical risks, dependencies and delivery milestones
- 🔹 Experience working with suppliers, systems integrators and technical delivery teams
- 🔹 SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or ERP transformation experience highly desirable
