Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote (United Kingdom)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful implementation of Talogy’s technology solutions and managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery. This role is accountable for project planning, requirements gathering, scope management, timeline management, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
The Technical Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, meeting business requirements, and providing an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables to both internal and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal and client meetings and establish effective communication plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project roles, responsibilities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Translate high-level scope documents into detailed business and functional requirements using established templates and documentation standards.
- Develop test plans based on project requirements and coordinate client user acceptance testing (UAT) activities before production release.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and project communications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely, accurate, and professional interactions.
- Escalate issues and coordinate internal resources as needed to support successful project outcomes.
Planning & Coordination
- Partner with clients to define and document business requirements based on approved statements of work.
- Coordinate development and implementation activities in alignment with Talogy's product release schedule.
- Lead project planning sessions to establish tasks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and departments to ensure successful project execution.

- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and service delivery.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing software implementation projects, technology projects, or related information technology initiatives.
- Experience working within a software development or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
- Excel
- Outlook
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Teams
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative, adaptability, and accountability.
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience may be considered instead of formal education.
Work Environment
- Fully remote position based in the United Kingdom.
- Flexibility to work adjusted hours on a daily basis to support U.S.-based clients and teams.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Occasional participation in meetings outside standard business hours may be required to support client and project needs.
