Technical Project Manager – Platform Re-platforming and Identity
Rate: £425–£475 per day
IR35: Outside IR35
Contract: 12 months
Location: London, two days per week onsite
Start: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead two business-critical platform projects for a global organisation.
- The first project involves the re-platforming of a complex annual reporting and survey solution used by an international network of users. The programme includes platform migration, complex survey logic, Salesforce integration, data migration and security considerations.
- The second project is focused on External User Management and involves migrating from one single sign-on solution to another.
Both projects are already in progress, so you will need to quickly understand the current position, identify gaps and take ownership of delivery.

You will:
- Lead a major reporting-platform re-platforming programme
- Manage an external-user identity and SSO migration
- Coordinate Salesforce, integration, data, migration and security workstreams
- Work closely with Product, Technology, business teams and implementation partners
- Challenge technical assumptions and identify missing requirements or dependencies
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, actions and decision logs
- Run stand-ups, refinement sessions and wider delivery ceremonies
- Produce clear reporting and decision materials for senior stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues, blockers and dependencies
- Maintain momentum across complex projects already in flight
You will need:
- Strong end-to-end Technology Project Management experience
- Experience delivering a platform implementation, migration or re-platforming programme
- Experience of identity and access management, SSO, external-user management or customer portals
- Experience with reporting, analytics, survey, data or business-intelligence platforms
- A strong understanding of integrations, data migration and technical dependencies
- Experience managing vendors or implementation partners
- Strong governance and senior stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments
- The confidence to challenge technical teams and identify gaps
