About innDex

innDex is an award-winning construction technology company leading the way in digital transformation across the construction industry. Headquartered in London, our growing team of 50+ people are building innovative technology that helps construction teams manage projects, people, and site operations. All in one place.

We are rapidly expanding our presence across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Powered by a young, ambitious, and energetic team, innDex is on a mission to push the industry forward, one project at a time.

Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for helping drive the delivery and execution of innDex’s core product platform, ensuring product priorities are clearly defined, delivery-ready, and consistently progressing through to execution.

Reporting to the Head of Product, this role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design and Customer teams, helping to improve product flow, sprint readiness and delivery effectiveness across the innDex platform.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking an idea that’s still a little messy and turning it into something a team can actually build. You like working closely with engineers, getting into the detail when needed, asking the right questions and bringing structure to ambiguity. If you want to play a hands-on role in improving how a growing technology company turns ideas into great solutions, this could be for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
