Great opportunity to work as a Technical Quality Analyst for our client, a fast-paced and growing food manufacturer of chilled and frozen food to go, supplying to well-known customers.

Staffline is recruiting Technical Quality Analysts in Aylesbury.

The rate of pay is £14.31 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Saturday - Wednesday. The hours of work are:

  • 6am - 3.30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Technical Quality Analyst your duties include:

  • Acting as a role model and ambassador towards our company values
  • Working as part of the technical department, the role will require working closely with production to ensure the highest quality across our products, and compliance with food safety and legal requirements throughout the site.
  • Ensuring products are made to specification and that correct policies & procedures are followed during the production process.
  • Completing the daily, weekly and monthly scheduled tasks which include scale and probe calibrations, verifying paperwork, microbiological sample submission and filing, clean down verification, temperature checks, supplier and internal non-conformance, customer complaint investigations, glass & plastic audits, and fabrication audits.
  • Supporting the training of staff and verification against CCPs, policies and procedures.
  • Conducting internal GMP audits across departments and conducting hygiene verifications.
  • Assisting with external audits.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have great communication skills and be able to liaise with production staff and support training initiatives. You will be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Applicants will have good organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and show good attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Food safety level 2
