In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our quality operations - ensuring everything we make meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business to keep our Quality Management System running smoothly, champion ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP) best practices, and make sure all materials entering and leaving the building are fully compliant. If you love data, thrive on process, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running to gold-standard quality, this is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities

- Review and approve packaging components and artwork files.
Documentation & Approvals
- Review and approve artwork for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and verify Certificates of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS), and ingredient specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation for full traceability and audit readiness.
- Ensure SOPs, Work Instructions, Operating Instructions, and Quality Records remain current and compliant.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
