Job Title
This role sits within Castell Safety International, part of the Sentric group of Companies and reports to the Customer Excellence Manager.
Key purpose
We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor who will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring technical support and quotations. This office-based role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, configuring appropriate trapped key interlock solutions, and preparing accurate, competitive quotations that meet both customer needs and commercial objectives.
Key priorities & Responsibilities:
Customer Enquiry Management
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Understanding and interpreting customer requirements, asking clarifying questions to ensure accurate specification of solutions.
- Logging all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
- Managing enquiries effectively to meet response time SLAs and customer expectations.

Quotation Preparation
- Preparing accurate, technically sound quotations that meet customer specifications and commercial guidelines.
- Configuring interlock solutions using product knowledge and technical documentation.
- Ensuring quotations are clear, professional, and include all relevant technical and commercial information.
Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison
- Escalating complex technical queries to the Application Engineer or Engineering as appropriate.
- Communicating customer feedback and requirements to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Supporting order processing and handover to ensure smooth fulfilment.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handling customer complaints professionally, escalating where necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
