We're opening our first office in central York and hiring Technical Recruiters.
About the Role
This is a 100% candidate-focused role with no BD. You will map markets, source hard-to-reach talent, and run end-to-end candidate processes. The work is about finding and understanding the people other recruiters miss.
We're hiring for potential, not experience. If you're early in your career, whether a graduate or someone with a bit of recruitment or sourcing experience who wants to learn, this role is built for you.
