At Ellis Group, we're continuing to grow our global business and are looking to connect with ambitious, high-performing Contract and Permanent Recruitment Consultants who want to build a long-term specialist career within Enterprise Systems. Our office is based in Richmond, just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction.
If you have 2+ years' experience recruiting across Oracle, SAP, or Data & AI, and you're looking to grow your desk, accelerate your career, and make a real impact over the next 12 months, we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for recruiters who have:
- A minimum of 2 + years' contract or permanent recruitment experience.
- A proven track record recruiting within Enterprise Systems, specialising in Oracle, SAP, or Data & AI.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win, develop, and retain client relationships.
- A consultative approach and the confidence to build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
