Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, candidate-focused Delivery Consultant to join RED Global’s enterprise recruitment practice. In this fast-paced, solutions-led environment, you will specialize in sourcing, qualifying, and placing top-tier technology talent across major enterprise programs (including SAP S/4HANA, Cloud, Data, and AI). Working directly with established Account Managers, you will take ownership of candidate pipelines to fulfill mission-critical contract and permanent requirements for global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Niche Candidate Sourcing: Proactively map, headhunt, and engage specialized technology talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal CRM databases, and targeted network referrals.
- Technical Qualification: Screen candidates thoroughly on core technical/functional competencies, project scope, availability, compensation/rate expectations, and right-to-work compliance.
- End-to-End Candidate Care: Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle, including interview prep, debriefs, offer management, and ongoing contractor support.
- Account Delivery Alignment: Partner closely with internal Account Managers to understand live hiring requirements, client technical roadmaps, and delivery priorities.
- Market Mapping: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent pool movements, and niche skill availability across enterprise IT ecosystems.

Key Requirements

- Recruitment Experience: 1–3+ years of dedicated candidate sourcing or delivery experience (180° or 360°) within an agency recruitment environment (open to junior, with some commercial and/or relationships management experience).
- Technology Domain Knowledge: Practical familiarity with enterprise IT ecosystems (e.g., SAP, ERP, Cloud, Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, or Infrastructure).
- Communication & Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to qualify and build trust with senior, high-earning contractors and permanent specialists.
- Commercial Drive: Results-oriented mindset focused on pace, delivery quality, and maximizing personal commission earnings.
- Life Sciences Exposure (Nice to Have): Prior experience placing talent into regulated environments or pharmaceutical/life sciences clients is advantageous but not required.
