About the role:
We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a 180 Recruiter in our Milton Keynes office.
You will be joining the Technology specialism at Hays; technology is our fastest growing sector and the most profitable part of the business. As one of our specialist consultants, you would work with a range of clients hiring across the technology sector, matching them with the best talent in tech.
As a Recruiter, you'll work alongside your team to manage your own area of the technology market. You will work within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment and have responsibility for the following:
- Managing job vacancies from start to finish
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
- Building relationships with existing clients
- Gathering compliance and rights to work
- Advertising jobs

Your New Team:
The Milton Keynes office is home to around 20 consultants working across Professional Services, Construction, Technology, Procurement, HR and Business Support, covering a large geographical area with an impressive client base of both blue‑chip organisations and SMEs. Located right in the heart of Milton Keynes, the office benefits from excellent transport links, modern infrastructure, and a thriving local economy powered by logistics, IT, and retail.
