Location: Kingswood, Surrey
Length of Contract: up to 9 Months

Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technology Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent delivery across the UK. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to manage both internal and external hiring, specialising in high-demand technical domains. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our technology capability by securing top-tier talent at all levels, up to and including director level.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for technology functions across the UK
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and talent strategies
- Handle both internal and external hiring processes for director-level and executive positions
- Source, engage, and assess top-tier candidates across specialized technical domains
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate with regional teams and stakeholders to align on resourcing goals
- Maintain robust talent pipelines and utilize market intelligence to attract passive candidates

Essential Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in end-to-end technology recruitment and talent delivery within the UK market
- Deep domain expertise in recruiting for AI, Cyber, Engineering, and Data roles
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing internal and external director-level hiring (desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior business leader
- Excellent candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on speed and quality
