We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant for Elsdon Group within our Tech team!

We are looking for a 360 Recruitment consultant to join our tech team at Elsdon group. We specialise in the US market across multiple tech verticals including ERP, CRM, Robotics & Engineering, and AWS.

The Role:

  • Building strong and lasting relationships within the industry
  • Conducting client meetings
  • Conducting interviews and screening candidates
  • Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry
  • Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.

Requirements

We are interested in speaking to anyone who possesses the following:

  • Sales Experience preferred
  • 1-5+ years' experience in recruitment
  • Sociable and confident personality
  • Money motivated and goal orientated
  • Has a proven track-record of successful billings
