About The Role
Outreach specialists help expand Terac's network of industry professionals by contacting prospective experts about paid AI training, evaluation, research, and other relevant opportunities. The work involves assessing candidate interest and fit, answering basic questions, following up, guiding interested professionals through initial application and onboarding steps, and keeping accurate outreach records.

Who This Is For
- Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, sales development, appointment setting, high-volume outbound calling, market research participant recruitment, academic or professional outreach, or call center or inside sales.
- Clear verbal communication and relationship-building skills; able to handle objections professionally and speak comfortably with specialized professionals across industries.
- Strong organizational skills to track calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and candidate pipelines.
- Experience in technical recruiting, academic outreach, expert-network recruiting, or research participant sourcing is especially valuable.

What You'll Do
- Call prospective candidates from provided lead lists and introduce relevant opportunities.
- Explain project requirements, answer basic questions, and assess candidates interest and potential fit.
- Follow up with interested candidates by phone, email, or text.
- Guide qualified candidates through the initial application and onboarding steps.
- Track calls, outcomes, and follow-up activity accurately.
