Remote-first (can be based in UK, Ireland or Portugal | GMT/BST)

The Opportunity:

A high-growth, VC-backed HealthTech are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to take ownership of technical hiring during an exciting phase of growth.

Having quietly built one of the most commercially successful businesses in its space, the company has scaled from a small founding team to around 40 employees while achieving significant revenue growth and remaining cash-flow positive.

With ambitious growth plans ahead, the business is investing in its engineering organisation and is looking for someone to own technical hiring across Engineering, Product, Design and Data. Reporting directly to the Talent Lead and partnering closely with the Head of Engineering, you'll become the dedicated owner of technical recruitment, helping to shape the teams that will define the company's next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to join a genuinely remote-first organisation where impact matters more than presenteeism. You'll have the autonomy to influence hiring strategy, strengthen employer brand, build exceptional talent networks and continually improve how the business attracts and assesses technical talent.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design and Data.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional technical talent across the UK and Europe.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines for a business where quality is valued over hiring volume.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes and hiring decisions.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Strengthen employer brand through networking, community engagement and proactive market outreach.
  • Improve recruitment processes, interview calibration and hiring scorecards as the company continues to scale.
  • Use market insight and recruitment data to influence hiring strategy, compensation discussions and process improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
