Technical Recruiter - Norwich - Hybrid
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter/Resourcer to join our team, working with technology-led businesses to identify and place high-quality technical talent.
You’ll recruit across Software Engineering, Product and Platform Engineering in the UK and internationally, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and finding the right candidates for their teams.
We have embraced AI across every stage of the recruitment process - from market mapping, sourcing and candidate research through to outreach, screening, workflow management and client delivery. You’ll be expected to embrace AI and modern recruitment technology to work more efficiently and deliver a better experience for clients and candidates.
The role would suit someone from either a 360 recruitment background, managing both client development and candidate delivery, or a 180/sourcing background who is looking to develop further commercially.
What you'll be doing
- Source and identify strong technology candidates across LinkedIn, networks and other platforms
- Use AI and recruitment technology across the full recruitment lifecycle to improve sourcing, research, outreach, screening and delivery
- Recruit across Software Engineering, Product and Platform Engineering
- Build relationships with candidates and understand their experience, motivations and career goals
- Partner with technology-led clients to understand roles, teams and hiring requirements
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process from initial approach to offer and placement
- Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical talent
- Use data, AI and market intelligence to identify new candidates, companies and opportunities
- Stay up to date with technology, hiring trends and the market
- Continuously look for ways to improve and automate recruitment processes

The ideal candidate
- Experience in recruitment, ideally within technology
- Suitable for candidates from either a 360 recruitment or 180/sourcing background
- Good understanding of Software Engineering, Product and Platform Engineering roles
- Confident communicating with candidates and technology stakeholders
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving placements
- Strong sourcing, research and candidate assessment skills
- Interested in AI and how it can be applied to recruitment
- Comfortable using recruitment technology, AI tools and data to improve productivity
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple searches
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, technology-focused environment
- Curious, adaptable and willing to learn new tools and ways of working
