What you’ll do
As a Technical Ruminant Account Manager, you'll combine technical expertise with commercial support to help customers achieve their business goals. You'll:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales objectives and grow customer partnerships.
- Provide technical advice across ruminant nutrition, animal husbandry, feed legislation, quality standards, and laboratory services.
- Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into sustainable sales growth.
- Support the launch and promotion of mineral premixes, feed additives, calf milk replacers, animal health products, and nutritional services.
- Deliver customer training, technical seminars, and on-farm support activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and management colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of ruminant nutrition and the wider animal nutrition industry.
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-focused approach with strong negotiation and planning abilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
