This role sits within our architectural division, based at our Sheffield Depot.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration tasks
- Procurement of stock items from far east and UK
- Organising inbound shipping
- Booking in material
- Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion
- Responding to internal and external emails in a timely manner
- Support the sales function
- Organising outbound transport bookings for various couriers
- Build and maintain contact databases
- Provide regular, ongoing information on new products and services

What We're Looking For
- Be confident on the telephone with new contacts.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused approach.
- Motivated by achieving personal and team goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ideally, previous experience working with construction customers.
