Role Overview

This role will be based at our Bristol branch, which is one of our top performing branches that has a manager with a wealth of experience in the business.

The role is a busy one working with all team members in the branch in addition to liaising with other members of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders and update customers on deliveries
  • Handle product enquiries and quotes
  • Process returns and escalate any product queries
  • Targeted on bringing back on lapsed customers
  • Account manage regular customers and increase customer spending

Requirements

  • Telephone-based sales or customer service experience
  • Can do attitude
  • Good IT skills, including word, excel, emails, and CRM
  • Ability to multi-task and keep your cool
  • Team player
  • Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous but isn't essential
