As a Technical Sales Advisor based in our Basildon Office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating the multiple customer projects including customer order call off’s, arranging deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.
- Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week, 08:00am to 17:00pm with 1hr break within our Basildon Office.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience within a coordination, administrative, or customer support role - not essential as full training provided
- Highly organised, proactive, good communication, and Microsoft office skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment, and support other departments when required
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and various stakeholders
