Inside Sales Technical Sales Advisor (HVAC)
Manchester | Full-Time | Hybrid
We are looking for an Inside Sales Technical Sales Advisor to drive sales growth across our HVAC product and service portfolio. This is a customer-facing role combining technical knowledge with sales expertise, helping customers find the right solutions while managing opportunities from enquiry through to order.

What You'll Do
- Manage a pipeline of HVAC sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate within company guidelines
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HVAC solutions
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Stay up to date with HVAC technologies, industry trends, and compliance requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support throughout the sales process
Must-Have
What we're looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales, internal sales, or technical sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven approach

Nice-to-Have
- Experience within HVAC, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or related industries
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, BMS, or energy-efficient technologies
- Technical qualification or equivalent industry experience
