At Marshalls Water Management, we're helping to shape the future of drainage and water infrastructure. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to provide expert support, turn technical drawings into practical solutions, and help customers deliver successful projects.

Marshalls Water Management partners with customers to design, engineer, and manufacture precast solutions that support critical infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Our engineering-led approach combines technical expertise with innovative manufacturing to deliver integrated solutions that are safer to install, built to last, and designed to perform for decades.

Based at Landscape House in Elland, you'll become part of a small but highly effective Water Management team that's at the heart of an exciting growth journey. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll help support customers, provide technical solutions, and uncover new opportunities as we continue to expand our presence in the market. With ambitious plans to grow the business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where every individual makes a visible impact.

The job details
You will use your technical understanding and commercial awareness to support customers throughout their project journey, from reviewing drawings and preparing quotations to recommending the most effective water management solutions. Building strong relationships and delivering excellent service, you'll play an important role in winning business, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting the ambitious growth plans of our Water Management team.
What are the mission-critical skills?
- Experience working within the water management, drainage, or wider civils sector
- A proven background in sales, customer service, or technical sales support, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of precast concrete products and solutions, or experience within a related construction environment
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications, translating them into practical customer solutions and accurate quotations
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across customers, commercial teams, and technical stakeholders
- A proactive, commercially-minded approach, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and identifying new business opportunities.
