Job Overview
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment? We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our established team in our purpose-built distribution centre in Chesterfield. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of handling customer enquiries, identifying products, and ensuring a seamless sales process from quotation to order completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Identify products using in-house search tools
- Provide accurate quotations while managing margin expectations
- Process purchase orders within our ERP system
- Oversee order progress, ensuring timely delivery and customer updates
- Manage deposit returns and refunds

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in technical sales with an understanding of customer needs
- Ability to work within a small team and foster strong cross-functional relationships
- Knowledge of Powertrain and remanufactured products would be beneficial but not essential
