Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Leeds for a Technical Sales and Customer Service Specialist. The role involves:

- Assisting customers with inquiries

You will work closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer experiences, ensure smooth operations, and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping clients select suitable products and resolving any technical or service-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Technical Sales and customer service experience, with the ability to understand and effectively sell technical products
- Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure excellent client satisfaction
- Technical Support knowledge, with the ability to explain, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer use
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the heating or technology sector is advantageous
- Relevant educational background or technical certifications are a plus
