About the Role:
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Sales Trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and deliver training that elevates the proficiency of our global internal technical and partner Sales Engineers. You will architect curricula that translates deep cybersecurity and AI expertise into scalable learning assets, while validating content effectiveness through instruction. Success in this role requires a blend of cybersecurity expertise, IT infrastructure proficiency, and a strong understanding of sales motions, enabling SEs to articulate value, conduct effective demos and Proof of Value (POVs), and architect solutions at the cutting edge of industry trends.
What You'll Do:
Course Development & Subject Matter Expertise (Primary Focus)
- Serve as a primary SME for the CrowdStrike portfolio, ensuring all training content is technically accurate and relevant.
- Author comprehensive technical sales curricula—from outlines and lab scenarios to assessments—covering the full sales lifecycle through Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
- Utilize AI and content development tools to accelerate curriculum development, keeping training at the forefront of emerging technology, including Agentic AI and AI for Security.
- Leverage expertise in IT infrastructure (cloud, SaaS, networking, etc) to create context-rich, architecture-aware training materials.
- Partner with instructional designers to translate technical knowledge into effective, pedagogically sound learning assets.
- Maintain content authority by continuously monitoring the threat landscape, competitive dynamics, and product updates.
- Proactively develop enablement content ahead of product launches to drive internal and partner readiness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
