About the Role
Juriba is the leading provider of digital transformation and workspace automation software — helping IT teams simplify complex, large-scale technology changes. As Technical Sales Director, you’ll be the senior technical and commercial lead who partners with our sales team to close deals across our App Readiness and Juriba DPC (Digital Platform Conductor) product lines. You’ll bring hands-on application readiness and compatibility testing domain expertise from a small SaaS environment, using that credibility to lead technical and commercial sales support through to close for App Readiness opportunities, while working alongside our in-house DPC specialists to support the larger, more strategic deals in our Juriba DPC pipeline.
A typical day will involve:
- Lead the technical and commercial sales strategy for App Readiness deals, acting as the credible technical expert on application readiness and compatibility testing, from product demonstration and proof of concept through to Statement of Work and close
- Partner with the sales team and our in-house DPC specialists to provide senior technical and commercial sales support on Juriba DPC deals, our larger and more strategic opportunities
- Build and maintain a standard, repeatable set of sales collateral – demonstration stories, ROI business cases, technical architecture materials, Storylane demos and pitch decks – to support both product lines, partner enablement and marketing campaigns
- Engage with Customer Success Managers to identify and lead cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Educate customers on the product roadmap and support their ongoing adoption and engagement with the wider Juriba team
- Keep Hubspot and demonstration environments up to date, and attend the revenue steering committee to report on deal progress and blockers
- Represent Juriba at industry events and webinars
- Work with Product to articulate customer problem statements and manage communications with prospective customers
- Work closely with defined partners on business opportunities to support partner engagement and enablement

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
