Position Overview
The Sales & Technical Sales Enablement Intern will support NetApp's Enablement organisation by helping create and deliver modern learning experiences for Sales, Technical Sales, and partner teams. This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales enablement, AI-powered learning, content development, field readiness, and cross-functional collaboration while building strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
This is a unique opportunity to learn how enterprise sales and technical selling operates in a complex, multi-cloud environment while gaining practical experience with AI tools and modern enablement practices.
This is a six month hybrid internship opportunity with a requirement of coming into the office a minimum of three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of enablement content, learning assets, playbooks, presentations, and field readiness materials.
- Assist with the delivery of sales and technical sales enablement programmes and learning experiences.
- Use AI tools to help create summaries, learning content, prompts, and other enablement resources.
- Gather feedback from sellers, solution engineers, and partners to identify opportunities to improve enablement effectiveness.
- Analyse engagement, adoption, and feedback data to help measure programme success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support enablement activities related to product updates, go-to-market initiatives, and field communications.
- Assist with knowledge management, content organisation, SharePoint resources, and day-to-day enablement operations.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with teams across Sales, Technical Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of the internship. Unfortunately, NetApp is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this opportunity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious about sales, technology, AI, and how organisations enable teams to perform at their best.
- Comfortable working with data, presentations, collaboration tools, and digital content platforms.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience using AI tools for research, content creation, or productivity is a plus.
