About the Role
The Engineering team supports our Sales Team by taking the lead on Technical Solutions within our core customers, identifying better processes for Continuous Improvements, efficiency gains, lean principles all aligning with their business goals and objectives.

What will you be doing?
- Changing customer expectations of what Technical Solutions looks like by delivering:
- Process improvements
- Cost reductions
- Lean principles
- Tooling consolidation and rationalisation
- Tool Trials
- Tool Recommendations including speeds and feeds based on material
- Manufacturing solutions
- Proactively support and grow existing consignment customers in your territory
- Be an integral part of new business wins, leading the conversation with our Metal Working offering
- Communicate and collaborate with Internal/External sales teams and business development to grow territory
- Coach and develop the Field Sales team utilising extensive product and industry knowledge.
- Develop key relationships with strategic suppliers to support regional growth plans.
- Any other duties in line with business and departmental needs
- Promote and sell MSC’s product range to achieve growth targets
