Sound like something you’d like to be part of? We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and innovative Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and play a key role across the North West. The successful candidate must be within less than a one hour commute of the North West, as you will be visiting customers four days a week.
Job Summary
As a Technical Sales Engineer for Dormer Pramet, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative range of cutting tools. You will grow business with existing end users and distribution partners, while also identifying and developing new opportunities.

This role involves providing technical advice and support, resolving customer challenges efficiently, and working closely with our distribution network to drive mutual success. You’ll also conduct cutting tool tests, interpret technical drawings, and demonstrate value through cost-saving initiatives.

Profile
You’ll bring a solid engineering background along with product knowledge and/or sales experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset will serve you well, as will being results-driven and resilient. Excellent organisation and negotiation skills are essential, and experience within relevant industry segments is highly desirable.
