The Role
The role of the Technical Sales Engineer HVAC Systems will involve:
- Technical Engineer position dealing with a comprehensive range of manufactured HVAC systems, primarily dealing with grilles and diffusers
- Reviewing technical specifications and drawings to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Producing full quotations for numerous projects
- Assisting internal stakeholders and clients with any technical queries
- Working closely with sales team to maximise sale conversion rates
- Prioritising workload to ensure that deadlines are met
- Typical project value range of between £1,000 - £1,000,000
- Management and upkeep of the company CRM system

The Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Engineer HVAC Systems with:
- A sound technical understanding of HVAC systems
- Roles such as Estimator, Technical Sales, Technical Support, Technical Advisor, or even Engineers/Installers would be considered
- Ideally, will have experience working with Grilles, Diffusers, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Air Handling Units, Extract Fans, In-line Duct Fans, Heat Recovery Units, Cabinet Fans, Mounted Fans, Axial Flow, Atex Fans, Air Curtains
- Must possess a good technical understanding of HVAC industry and building regulations
- Ideally, had an understanding of CAD software/drawings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
