Technical Sales Engineer - Industrial
Location: West Midlands, United Kingdom (Remote) (4 days travel, 1 day WFH)
Package: £35,000-£50,000 base salary, commission, company car, smartphone, and additional benefits.

Irving Knight are partnered with a global multimillion-pound chemical manufacturer of specialty chemicals and additives. The role will focus on supporting the sales team by testing industrial fluids and driving business development by maintaining existing customers and future customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provides technical support to our Sales Engineers and Customers.
- Provides technical training at customers.
- Visits clients and prospects together with the Sales Engineers.
- Identifies new growth opportunities in the business area and provides the technical support to acquire these.

Qualifications
- Experience within the industrial sector including chemicals, machinery, metal, automation, or other industrial sectors.
- Have experience within a customer-facing role and be able to communicate to all levels of personnel from shop floor to senior management.
- You have a can-do mentality and strong analytical skills to make quick decisions and understand consequences.
