Role
You support our team as Technical Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Submitting quotations to customers.
- Logging of all sales data, enquiries, visits etc. and customer information via C4C.
- Checking dimensional measurements, note misalignment.
- Undertake site survey of expansion joints (mapping, condition report).
- Preparation of visit reports, and mapping of customer locations.
- Input into budget preparation.
- Participation in sales meetings.
- Customer liaison.
- Service visits and planning maintenance outages.
- Proactive / problem solving on customer needs.
- Management of individual customer base.
Qualifications
- Ideally 5 years’ general sales experience
- Ideally 3 years of expansion joint experience.
- Knowledge of Static Sealing Solution portfolio is advantageous
- Ideally knowledge of product related inspection and service execution.
- Ability to take business-oriented decisions.
- Know-how in understanding technical requirements.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with change-management processes.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
