Role Description
The Technical Sales Engineer – Medical Devices & Software (Kuwait) is a full-time, on-site position. This role is responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities
- Presenting technical solutions
- Driving sales of medical devices and healthcare software to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers

Day-to-day activities include:


Get help with your application

- Conducting product demonstrations
- Preparing proposals
- Responding to technical inquiries
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate configurations and timely deliveries
The role also involves:
- Providing pre- and post-sales technical support
- Training end users
- Gathering customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
Additional responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Participating in tenders
- Representing the company at industry events and client meetings
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in medical devices, healthcare technology, or related industries.
- 2–3 years of experience in medical device or technical sales
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, including solution configuration, product demonstrations, and user training.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to clinical, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations, healthcare IT, and clinical workflows is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in London, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate effectively in multicultural teams.
