We’re hiring: Technical Sales Executive, Bespoke Doors
SWD Bespoke is a family-run business specializing in luxury doors, joinery, and bespoke furniture for the high-end residential market.
We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team and take ownership of the sales and technical process across our bespoke doors division.
This is a varied, commercially focused role, managing projects from initial client enquiry and quotation through to technical specification, order release, and factory production.
You’ll act as the key link between our clients, suppliers, and production teams, making sure every project is technically accurate, commercially sound, and delivered to SWD’s quality standards.
The role will include:
- Managing client enquiries and developing detailed project briefs
- Preparing quotations and converting opportunities into confirmed orders
- Specifying bespoke doors, door sets, sliding systems, and hardware
- Reviewing technical drawings, surveys, and site information
- Advising on fire-rated doors, ironmongery, finishes, and compliance requirements
- Liaising with suppliers and managing pricing and margins
- Coordinating with our factory, Production, and Quality teams
- Ensuring orders are complete and accurate before being released for manufacture
- Helping us continually improve the processes within our Doors division

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience within doors, joinery, or a related technical interiors sector, with a strong understanding of door construction and/or ironmongery.
You’ll need to be commercially-minded, highly organized, confident dealing with clients, and extremely detail-focused.

Based in West Molesey, Surrey. Hybrid working available after completion of probation, typically 1 to 2 days working from home per week depending on location and business requirements.
