Location
Home-based covering the South of the UK with extensive travel, regular overnight stays and occasional overseas travel.

The Opportunity
Sealpac UK is looking for an ambitious Technical Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a development role with a clear pathway into a Sales Manager position. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and managing capital equipment sales projects from enquiry through to order.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the UK food processing and packaging industry.
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and equipment specifications.
- Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations and factory surveys.
- Attend customer trials, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and commissioning activities.
- Work with the Projects, Technical and Service teams to deliver successful projects.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Represent Sealpac UK professionally at customer meetings, supplier visits and exhibitions.
- Travel extensively throughout the South of the UK with frequent overnight stays away from home as an essential part of the role.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Evidence of strong sales aptitude or commercial capability.
- 1 year territory sales experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home regularly.
