About Alta Ares

Alta Ares is an air defense Neoprime. We build AI-guided interceptors to counter drones and cruise missiles, along with the software platform that powers them.

Our customers are NATO-aligned militaries and defense institutions, and our systems are regularly deployed during live exercises and operational demonstrations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Founded in 2024, we have grown to 90 people, raised over $60M, and increased revenue 40× this year. We are now entering a new phase of international expansion, industrial scaling, fundraising, and product development.

Role and Mission

  • Lead in-depth presentations and product demonstrations, field trials, and proof of concepts across UK MoD stakeholders, potential integration partners and defence engineering firms. This applies across Alta Ares’ ISR, C-UAS and AI portfolio
  • Author technical responses to capability briefs, solicited and unsolicited proposals, completing detailed compliance matrices; tailoring bespoke product descriptions and presentations.
  • Support the Sales Director with Business Development across UK stakeholders by becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Alta Ares’ product portfolio, this will require initial technical onboarding experience in locations across France, and potentially Ukraine
  • Liaise between Sales and Products & Engineering, ensuring that customer requests are technically supportable (and able to meet timelines requirements)
  • Monitor and understand the competitor landscape in the UK across similar platforms to the Alta Ares product portfolio

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
