Calling all aspiring technical salespeople! Join our Engineering Development Group (EDG) and get ready for a hands-on experience in an innovative environment. We believe in rewarding creativity, teamwork, and having fun. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by contributing to a cutting-edge sales project. Together, we'll push the boundaries of engineering and science.
During your time with us, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge of technical sales. You'll also develop foundational professional skills like effective communication, problem-solving, and time management.
This is NOT a traditional engineering role. It’s not application engineering. It’s not sales engineering. It’s a commercial sales career path designed for engineers who want to apply their technical skills in a business context.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
