Technical Sales Manager – M&E Contractors (London)
Remote role covering the London region
Salary: £75,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Uncapped commission
Are you already selling into the M&E contracting market, or are you an experienced electrical professional from the tools or project delivery side looking to move into a commercial role?
If you understand the challenges M&E contractors face around electrical wiring, installation times and labour shortages, and you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and influencing technical decisions, this role could be the ideal next step.
The Opportunity
Our client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of modular wiring systems and prefabricated electrical solutions. For over twenty-four years within a group trading for forty-six years, they have helped contractors, consultants and developers deliver projects faster, safer and more efficiently through modular wiring technology.
We are recruiting a Technical Sales Manager to develop the London territory. You will build on an established customer base while identifying and winning new business.
This is a remote role where you will manage your own diary. Most of your time will be spent meeting customers, understanding project requirements and providing technical solutions that add genuine value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
