Technical Sales Manager – Central UK
East Midlands / Northamptonshire
We’re recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a well-established, global manufacturer of advanced processing and packaging machinery and automated production solutions.
The business works across food, medical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and consumer markets, supplying equipment and complete solutions to customers across the UK and internationally.
This is a field-based sales role covering the Central UK region, with responsibility for developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and growing sales across the territory.

The role:
- Manage and develop customer relationships across the Central UK
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Drive sales growth across an established territory
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and identify the right technical solutions
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to completion
- Build long-term commercial relationships with customers
