Company Description

ChloDox is a unique liquid chlorine dioxide solution built to solve the problems that have limited water treatment chemistry for decades. Traditional chlorine breaks down as pH shifts and barely touches biofilm, while chlorine dioxide generated on site comes with equipment costs and its own stability issues. ChloDox solves both: a ready-to-use liquid that holds full potency across pH 4 to 9.5, remains stable at temperatures up to 55°C, and carries a five-year shelf life, with zero capital expenditure or generation equipment required.

Think of how a single smartphone replaced a whole shelf of separate devices, a landline for calls, a camera for photos, a physical address book, a clock, a television. Water treatment has been stuck in that drawer of separate gadgets. Chlorine is the landline, doing one job and nothing more, and even chlorine dioxide on its own still needs a separate non-oxidizing biocide and biodispersant to actually deal with biofilm. ChloDox moves the whole category forward, handling disinfection, oxidation, and biofilm dispersal in one product instead of three.

The formulation was developed within the last decade by a German scientist, and the exact composition is still known to only a handful of people. It's approved under the Biocidal Product Register across six product types, and it's already being run by some of the biggest names in heavy industry.

In real deployments this has meant industrial sites cutting bacterial counts from over 10,000,000 organisms per ml down to under 10,000 within weeks, and one global food production facility reducing chemical consumption by 77 percent while dropping a second product entirely, sustained for over a year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Used across wastewater treatment, municipal water systems, extractive industries, industrial cooling towers, data centers, and healthcare settings, ChloDox removes pathogens, pollutants, and biofilm without producing toxic byproducts. Beyond disinfection it protects infrastructure from corrosion, improves operator safety, and gives customers cost predictability through long-term price stability. The team works closely with customers to integrate ChloDox into existing operations and deliver reliable outcomes from day one.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Technical Sales Manager role focused on driving adoption of ChloDox, a unique chlorine dioxide solution, across wastewater, municipal water, industrial cooling, and healthcare sectors.

You'll own the full sales cycle: identifying and reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, delivering technical product demonstrations, and guiding customers through to trial stage. A strong existing network in water treatment or related industrial sectors will be a significant advantage in building pipeline quickly. You'll translate ChloDox's technical capabilities into clear value propositions, and work closely with operations and product teams to ensure a smooth handoff once a trial begins.
